The house currently has 30 active and potential members calling it home. There might be open rooms available for rent, so please don’t hesitate to contact us and get a tour in person. The rooms have varying layouts; some are larger than others, some have a communal bathroom while others have semi-private facilities. The rooms are easily some of the best on campus, with them being brand new and enjoying a unique and close group atmosphere.
Room pricing is described in the chart below. Payments are collected as either a lump sum at the beginning of each term or as monthly payments. Rent is cheaper when rooms are paid for with a lump sum as this ensures that tenants will stay for the entire duration of a semester. Rent is also cheaper for members of the fraternity than for those people that wish to live with us as boarders. Some of the larger single rooms have double beds, which are slightly more than rooms with single beds.

This includes: 3 meals per day during the week, 2 hot and 1 cold, all you can eat. Meals are looked after by our professional chef, with the food held in high regard. Utilities such as water, gas, electricity etc. are already included. High speed internet access is also provided (two high speed commercial lines feed our brand new wireless network) and HD cable TV is available free of charge in our lounges. Parking stalls are also available in a well lit, safe, secured, and heated underground parkade which has direct access to the house.

The PSI U house is one of respect and achievement. Hazing does not occur in our house. Your grades will not drop, but you will get involved in social events with lots of sexy girls as well as the chance to meet new friends through UBC’s ever-growing Greek system.
