Once again the Delta Gamma’s held a very successful Anchorsplash at the UBC Pool on Sunday March 1st. The Zeta Zeta is proud to announce that our very own neophyte Rob Boundy took home the title of Mr. Anchorsplash by beating all other fraternities in a number of swimming races. Psi U won all of their heats and 3 our of 4 of the races overall. This years synchro routine involved the brothers dancing to “I’m on a boat”, “Single Ladies” and “Around the World”. The routine had the audience erupting in laughter. Yet another successful event for the Psi U bros.

The shackles of the RCMP and the UBC have creamed any chances of good paryting on campus but we decided that enough was enough. We wanted to bring people together to have a great time and enjoy our amazing house. Brother Jannus Meyburg DJed an unbelievable set of mashed out classics, hip hop and electronic masterpieces. There were no police break-ins, no fights, nothing broken, nothing stolen and a few hundred people quite delighted by how successful the event was. We hope to do this again soon in the future.

Our lovely friends at Delta Gamma are once again throwing their famous Anchor Splash event and this year, as always, will not disappoint. For one of the competition’s categories they have asked each fraternity to submit a picture of beautiful eyes from one of their members. This year we chose Kurt and his steely blues to represent us. We’ll update this post with the results.
