The Psi U boys had their second annual Iron Chef exchange with the Theta girls. The night was themed on the popular TV show Iron Chef, in which teams made up of both groups had 1 hour to take raw ingredients and make their best gourmet meal for a panel of Judges (Both Presidents and Social Coordinators) The exhange has become a yearly event with the Theta’s who tout is as “the best exchange all year”.

 

 

Thanksgiving 2008

 

Most of our brothers returned to their families for the holidays but the few of us who stayed behind came together for a truly grand dinner of all proportions. Everyone chipped in to bring together the stuffing, roasted potatoes, desert and 20lb. turkey! The meal could not have been better and the experience was enthralling. We were all thankful for the friends and family we have around us. We hope everyone’s Thanksgiving was as warm as ours.
